KengAI — Policies

What KengAI is. KengAI is Pai Keng Kuan's private, owner-only command app. It is not sold, not shared, and not open to the public. Access is limited to the owner's Pai Digital accounts behind the standard Pai Digital sign-in.

Privacy

Everything you store in KengAI — tasks, reminders, memory notes, library documents, creations and settings — lives in the owner's own Cloudflare account (D1 database and R2 storage) and is never sold or shared with third parties. API keys you paste into Settings are stored encrypted and are only used to call the provider you chose. KengAI's built-in knowledge answers from curated Pai Digital facts; when an online AI provider is connected in Settings, your questions are sent to that provider under its own privacy policy.

Data & deletion

Library documents, media and app data can be deleted from inside the app at any time. Deleting an item removes it from the owner's storage. For anything else, contact support.
